Launching January 2027. Founding prices fixed for 24 months.

For accountants and bookkeepers

From 1 January 2027, anyone with 6 months’ service can claim unfair dismissal, down from 2 years, and there’s no cap on compensation. If your clients employ staff, here’s a free check and checklist to pass on, and how Maravier works alongside you.

Pass on the free check and checklist

Our free 6-month check shows your clients who on their team can claim unfair dismissal from 1 January 2027, and when everyone else reaches 6 months. They type in start dates, and the dates stay on their device.

We’ve also written a free 2-page checklist of the 10 things every employer in England, Scotland and Wales should have in place for 1 January 2027. Your clients sign up with their email address and we send it to them.

If you’d like to pass them on, here’s a short note to send under your own name. Add your practice name and we put it in the note and its links, so we can see how many of your clients it helped.

Want your clients to see it came from you? Email hello@maravier.com with your practice name, and the check and the checklist page will show it when they open your links.

How to send it

  • Clients that are companies: by email, with your usual unsubscribe.
  • Sole traders and partnerships: only in a newsletter they’ve agreed to receive, or on your website or client portal.
  • Maravier doesn’t do payroll or accounts, so it won’t tread on your work.

Used only in the note below. Nothing is sent to us until a client signs up.

We do the HR. Payroll stays with you.

HR decides who is paid what: contracts, pay rates, hours, starters and leavers, absence, holiday and statutory pay. Payroll works out tax, National Insurance and pension deductions, pays staff and reports to HMRC. We do the first and stay out of the second.

  • A pay summary each pay period

Starters with their HMRC starter checklist and bank details, leavers with final pay, holiday owed and a P45 reminder, pay changes, hours, and statutory sick, maternity and other statutory pay due.

  • Your own login

The accountant or bookkeeper who runs a client’s payroll can have a login that sees only the pay summaries, as a secure download rather than an email attachment.

  • No payroll, tax or accounts

We don’t run payroll, file with HMRC or give tax advice. If your clients’ payroll is with you, it stays with you.

From launch: working with us

From launch in January 2027, practices that work with us get Maravier free for their own staff, and each client who joins through them gets a month free.

Want to talk about it? Book a 15-minute call or email hello@maravier.com.

What your clients get

  • Updated contracts for every employee, ready for them to read and send for e-signature within one working day of finishing their set-up
  • Every disciplinary, grievance and dismissal run step by step, with every dismissal checked by their named HR expert
  • Holiday and sick-pay records kept for the 6 years the law requires
  • Tribunal defence included from day one, for problems that start after they join, if they ask us before they act and follow our advice (conditions). Its final terms are still being signed off by a lawyer. If they change, we’ll email them before they’re charged, and they can have a full refund.
  • One monthly price with no contract. See pricing

Questions from accountants

Is Maravier a payroll bureau?

No. We store the inputs payroll needs and send them to whoever runs it. Running payroll and reporting to HMRC stay with you or your client.

Will my clients get sales calls?

No. We don’t make cold calls or buy contact lists. A client who signs up for the checklist gets it by email, and can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

Which clients is it for?

Employers in England, Scotland and Wales with 1 to 49 staff. Some industries have extra rules we’re still building in, so those clients should book a call first. Who Maravier is for

Can I use Maravier for my own practice?

Yes, if you employ staff. You can reserve a founding price now, and from launch, practices that work with us get Maravier free for their own staff.
